We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in Walsenburg, CO . This 12-hour night shift opportunity is ideal for an LPN with long-term care or skilled nursing experience who is ready to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive residential setting. $47.00/Hour Competitive Pay 13-Week Opportunity - Contract runs September 8 through December 5, 2026 . 12-

Hour Night Shifts Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately. Assist with care planning and ongoing resident assessments. Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Float within the facility as needed to support resident care.
