Hour Night Shifts Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately. Assist with care planning and ongoing resident assessments. Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Float within the facility as needed to support resident care.
