Job Description

Travel LPN for skilled nursing and long-term care in Akron, Colorado. Works 3x12-hour shifts, days or nights, with rotating weekends. Provides skilled nursing care in a travel assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care and nursing assessments in a skilled nursing setting Administer medications and treatments per care plans Monitor patient status and document findings in electronic records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations Adapt to rotating weekend schedules and shift changes

Qualifications:

Active LPN license Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience Comfortable working 12-hour shifts Ability to work rotating weekends Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented approach Reliable, adaptable, and ready to step into a travel assignment

Preferred Skills:

Skilled Nursing/LTC experience
