Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN), you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex, medical needs. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and support positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nurse program

Required:

Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the

State of Connecticut Preferred:

Valid/Current CPR certification -required within three months of employment

Preferred:
