What We're Looking For:

Active LPN/LVN license in Connecticut Current BLS/CPR certification Prior experience working with pediatric or medically fragile populations preferred Strong sense of professionalism and reliability Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities:

Provide full-day one-on-one nursing care for a student with complex medical needs Monitor and address the student's health status throughout the school day Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies as needed Communicate regularly with families, school nurses, and educational staff Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines Uphold confidentiality and support the student's inclusion in school activities
