Join Iowa Home Care as a Pediatric Staff Nurse, where you'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes. In this role, you'll follow physician-directed care plans, administer treatments, and work closely with a dedicated care team to support the health, safety, and well-being of each child in a familiar environment. We have several positions available that include Full-Time and Pat-Time with most of these being day time hours.

Responsibilities:

Deliver care according to the physician's plan and established nursing standards. Conduct home visits and shifts, assessing client conditions, recording vitals, and noting any changes. Administer nursing procedures, manage medications, and provide treatments following physician orders and scope of practice. Promote a safe environment by educating families on home safety, infection control, and fall prevention. Maintain clear communication with the RN Case Manager and other team members to coordinate and enhance care quality. Document all care delivery accurately and in a timely manner.
