Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by the attending physician. Document residents' health issues and report to the registered nurse. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Engage with residents to understand their concerns and ensure comfort. Collaborate with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
