Our commitment to enhancing the life experiences of our residents through exemplary care and innovative services sets us apart in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and contribute to the maintenance of a safe and welcoming environment under the supervision of registered nurses and medical staff. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by the attending physician. Document residents' health issues and report to the registered nurse. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Engage with residents to understand their concerns and ensure comfort. Collaborate with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Profound clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities Knowledge of proper medication administration and health care protocols
