Job Description

RN/LPN One of the Best Senior Living Facilities 2020 & 2021, 2022 McHenry County Top Workplaces 2020 & 2021, 2022 Duties include but not limited to: Develops and monitors resident care plans. Monitors the administration of medications. Monitors vital signs. Completes nursing records on each resident. Administers and/or monitors physician's or current standing orders.
