Job Description
Overview Join the 1019 River Crossing healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am in a friendly environment that feels like home. Duties Work within the scope of discipline Administer medications in accordance with established procedures Monitor residents' conditions closely Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system Support infection control initiatives Qualifications Valid Indiana LPN license or Compact license in good standing required Proficiency with using or learning EMR/EHR system. Experience in long term care or assisted living communities, and home & community care environments. Experience working with individuals with various conditions or disabilities Experience following care plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
