At Hickory House Recovery, nurses focus on medication management, resident wellness, and supporting individuals in recovery. As a 3.5 ASAM residential substance use treatment facility, we serve residents who are medically stable and able to manage their own daily living activities. There are no lifting, bathing, or total-care assignments. Your primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive medications safely and that their medical needs are addressed appropriately. Responsibilities Administer medications and complete medication passes Monitor residents for changes in condition Complete accurate nursing documentation Conduct assessments as needed Communicate with providers and the treatment team Respond to resident health concerns Promote a safe, supportive recovery environment Qualifications Current Indiana RN or LPN license Ability to work independently and professionally Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, corrections, or residential treatment is preferred but not requiredWhy Hickory House Recovery?
