Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) LPN Osawatomie, KS Type Full Time Osawatomie is looking for a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead our nursing team. Daily pay is available! This person must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Explain policies to staff and other concerned parties. Monitor personal and staff compliance with all state and federal regulations including bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, resident rights and other applicable areas. Assist residents with admission and assure compliance with all Kansas and Federal requirements regarding admission, to include but not limit to initial Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and assessments as required. Provide care and compassion to foster the resident's physical and emotional well-being
