to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Scott City, KS community - this is the newest program in the state of Kansas set to open January 2027 with staff starting in November / 2025!

Role :

Program Director - (This position will have 2 direct reports.)

Location :

Scott City, Kansas Setting :

Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP)

Population :

Older Adults, Ages 65+ Salaried + Benefit Eligible!

Schedule:

Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (

Note:

No Call / No Weekends) You'll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!

Responsibilities:

Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population. Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.) Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources Growing and maintaining patient census Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines Other duties as assigned

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
