Emerald Trace is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM
  • 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday .

What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Assess residents and communicate changes in condition appropriately. Supervise and support State Registered Nurse Aides (SRNAs). Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and exceptional customer service. Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns. Qualifications Required Current Kentucky RN or LPN license in good standing. Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team. Preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience. Experience supervising nursing assistants.
