As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Montcare Potomac , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing centers. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and provide routine nursing care to our patients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Responsibilities:
