Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety standards. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, processing, and basic medical imaging procedures. Support patients with activities of daily living, including tube feeding, catheter care, and mobility assistance with equipment like Hoyer lifts. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and document all patient interactions thoroughly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia. Provide patient education on health management strategies such as pain management, infection control, and medication adherence. #HC4
