•LPN or Multistate License Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in
LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care within LPN scope. Monitor residents, record vital signs, perform assessments. Administer medications, injections, treatments, and wound care. Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility) Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation. Bonus & Benefits + Salary Travel Candidates (W2) (More Than 50 miles from facility)
