As a Licensed Practical Nurse , you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, assisting with patient assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties:
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and record patient vital signs. Assist in patient assessments and care planning. Provide wound care and other nursing interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
Experience:
Prior experience with PCC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred. Proficiency in acute pain management, long-term care. Strong understanding of infection control practices. Demonstrated skills in patient care, discharge planning, and maintaining accurate medical records.
