PTO Weekly Pay Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

Thorough health assessments of inmates. Meticulous monitoring of health status changes, medication administration, and documentation. Swift response to medical emergencies until higher-level personnel arrive. Health education delivery to inmates to promote preventative care and healthy lifestyles. Collaboration with healthcare professionals for coordinated care. Documentation of all interactions and interventions up-to-date in medical records (EMR) systems. Adherence to security protocols ensuring safety in healthcare delivery.

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

Possession of state licensure in Michigan as an

LPN. BLS/CPR

certified. Two years of nursing experience required. Medication Administration experience required. Skilled in addressing diverse patient needs. Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
