Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and supporting the students participation in educational activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current LPN/LVN licensure required Experience providing care in a school setting is preferred Demonstrated proficiency in trach care; prior hands-on experience is mandatory Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with young children and school staff Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism CPR certification highly desirable

Main Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one nursing support for an Early Childhood student during school hours Monitor and manage tracheostomy care, responding promptly to any health needs, concerns, or emergencies Administer medications and other health-related interventions as prescribed Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family to develop and follow care plans Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of care and interventions Foster an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student engagement
