Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing evening shift care at a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. The role delivers high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting the interdisciplinary team. This position is part of a travel nursing program that ensures consistent staffing and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Preferred Skills:
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
