Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatment protocols Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians Monitoring patients' conditions, reporting changes to physicians, and making adjustments as necessary Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
