Experience working with children Healthcare privacy protection LPN Working with children with disabilities Diabetes care Medical terminology Full Job Description LPN or RN job Monday to Sunday 7am to 7pm 7pm to 7am Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform care plans. Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and transfer. Experience with Trachea tube Assist with complex medical procedures such as finger sticks and colostomy bag Knowledgeable about diabetic care Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in various settings such as assisted living or home & community care. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse with current certification to practice. Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Experience in diverse clinical areas such as emergency medicine, urgent care, hospice care, pediatrics (including neonatal ventilator management), geriatrics (including memory and dementia care), or medical-surgical units. Skilled in patient assessment techniques like venipuncture, phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing, and sterile processing procedures. Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds—including children with Toddler or Neonatal needs—and those with disabilities or complex health conditions. Knowledge of infection control practices and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety at all times.
