Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active LPN or LVN licensure in New York State Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Skilled in performing personal care and toileting assistance with respect and sensitivity Familiarity with mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers Ability to provide lift and transfer support safely as required Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and school health teams Patient, attentive, and reliable

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 support to a kindergarten student throughout the school day Assist with all toileting needs and maintain proper hygiene protocols Manage safe transfers using a wheelchair and walker Continuously monitor and attend to the students physical needs, including positioning and mobility support Maintain detailed documentation of care and communicate updates to school staff and guardians as needed Participate actively in the students educational experience while upholding privacy and dignity This opportunity places you at the heart of student-centered care while working regular school-based hours.
