Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekend Warrior Countryside Manor - Fremont, OH Weekend Warrior Program | LPN $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for

Full-Time LPNs Position Summary:

Countryside Manor is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior nursing team . This opportunity is ideal for LPNs looking for a consistent weekend schedule while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Join a supportive clinical team where your skills, dedication, and commitment to our residents are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and nursing services Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Weekend Warrior Schedule:

Weekend Warrior nursing position Consistent weekend scheduling Must meet Weekend Warrior program scheduling requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
