We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one Nursing Care to a long-term patient in their home in Elk City, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys providing personalized care and building a consistent relationship with one patient rather than managing a large patient assignment. Required What You'll Do:

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for a Tetraplegia Patient in their home Follow the patient's individualized plan of care Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition Assist with daily care needs and other nursing responsibilities within your scope of practice Maintain accurate and timely documentation Build a professional, trusting relationship with the patient and family

What We're Looking For:
