Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly personable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the day shift, working Monday through Friday (6:30am-2:30pm) . In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders, including injections and medication management. Conduct comprehensive resident assessments by monitoring vital signs, evaluating symptoms, and documenting clinical findings in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems). Assist with physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations Provide specialized care for residents with physical/intellectual disabilities and behavioral health support. Support acute pain management and infectious disease care protocols while adhering to infection control policies. Requirements Valid LPN license in good standing with Oklahoma licensing board. Experience with ICF/IID population is preferred Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, PointClickCare Experience with medical procedures including insulin administration, tube feeding, and first aid. Ability to perform physical examinations and vital sign assessments accurately while demonstrating excellent patient assessment skills. Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver communication and client interaction; compassionate approach to patient care is essential. www.okmulgeeterrace.com. EOE. Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
