The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including home community care, medical offices, and acute care environments. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Duties Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians. Assist with triage and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions. Provide care for patients requiring catheterization and assist with acute pain management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician. Support patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support as needed. Assist in the administration of dermal fillers under the supervision of qualified personnel when applicable. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients. Requirements Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Experience in home community care or medical office settings is preferred. Proficiency in administering injections and performing triage duties. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is a plus. Experience in ICU or acute care environments is highly desirable. Ability to catheterize patients effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
