Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm |
Pay:
Hourly, starting between $23-$24 per hour, depending on experience Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN IV Certified) demonstrates competency to help evaluate, carry out nursing plan of care and discharge of patients per physician orders and policy and procedures and standards of care. You will report to the Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1. Identify emergent situations and initiate treatment. 2. Ensure that diagnostic studies are completed as ordered. 3. Review laboratory and radiology studies; report abnormal results to the provider. 4. Complete health records per clinic policy. 5. Help create the plan of care for other problems or diagnosis as indicated by nursing judgment. 6. Help communicate the assessment and implementation of evaluation activities for health team members in and outside the facility. 7. Participate in departmental quality assessment and improvement activities. 8. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Current LPN licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing Current CPR certification High School Diploma or equivalent Current LPN licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing Current CPR certification 1.
