Role Overview:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in a busy healthcare setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostic procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Assist providers with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing under supervision. Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure proper setup of examination rooms. Communicate effectively with patients and providers to support efficient care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required). Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. Ability to work within scope of practice and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
