Charge Nurse (LPN) - Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Charge Nurse at our facility on our 7-3 shift . This role is perfect for an LPN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a difference in residents' daily lives.

Responsibilities include:

Providing and overseeing quality nursing care for residents Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and floor staff Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to the care team Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Promoting a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment

Qualifications:

Current PA LPN license Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar setting preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team and handle multiple priorities
