Daily responsibilities include:

managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care ensuring delivery of quality services and programs, to meet resident expectations effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as needed ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA and infection control requirements. advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care team collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes following all guidelines related to compliance with regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA and infection control requirements performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department Our full-time Licensed Practical Nurses are scheduled for 40 hour per week, and includes working every-other weekend. Pennsylvania LPN license is required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
