Days/Eve/Nights, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

Pay Rate:

$40-41/hour

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and compassionate nursing care to veteran residents in a long-term care facility. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-centered care during the second shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and care plans Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' conditions to the RN or physician Provide routine nursing care, including wound care, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical recordsPerform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of LPN experience Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania Current CPR/BLS certification Who We Are?
