This position helps ensure that residents receive consistent, safe, and respectful nursing care in a supportive environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Health Assessment Support:
Assist the RN by checking resident health status and ensuring accurate and confidential documentationMedication Management:
Administer medications and treatments, verify pharmacy orders, and maintain accurate recordsResident Observation:
Observe residents for changes or concerns and report findings while documenting daily care activitiesCare Coordination:
Work with the RN to help plan and adjust resident care and participate in nursing committees when neededSafety and Hygiene:
Ensure residents are clean, safe, and well groomed while supporting infection control practicesSpecialized Care:

Part-time employment; 8hrs per day, 40hrs biweekly Positions are available on the following shifts: 2nd shift- 3:00 PM
- 11:30 PM 3rd shift

- 7:30 AM Rotating schedules and also works every other weekend.
