Beech Island, SC Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays from 7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Location:

Beech Island, South Carolina Are you a skilled and compassionate LPN looking for a meaningful one-on-one care opportunity? We are seeking a dependable nurse to provide dedicated care for a male quadriplegic patient in a supportive and respectful home environment. You'll work alongside a CNA who assists from noon to midnight, ensuring a strong team approach and consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care and monitoring in accordance with the plan of care Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Support with bladder/bowel care Oversee and coordinate with the CNA to ensure smooth transitions and consistent patient support Maintain clear communication regarding any changes in condition or needs
