Role:

As an LVN on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and individualized care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN or MD Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Assisting with patient transfers, discharges, and admissions Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
