```Duties```

• Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of the community
• Oversee the administrative aspects of the social services department
• Manage and supervise a team of social workers and support staff
• Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to provide comprehensive services
• Conduct program evaluations and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Develop and manage program budgets
• Provide direct social work services to clients as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records ```Qualifications```
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field and Licensed
• Proven experience in program development and management
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health and social work principles and practices
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Budgeting experience and ability to manage resources effectively
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff members
• Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
