Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and vital signs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being Contribute to individualized care planning
