Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional therapeutic massage services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing your deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with licensing regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and support holistic wellness approaches Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance service quality Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns and ensuring a positive experience Qualifications Valid state-issued license as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care plans Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Previous med spa experience is highly desirable for understanding advanced skincare and wellness treatments Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping clients feel their best!
