We are seeking highly motivated and experienced certified massage therapists to join our clinic. We are a growing medical clinic located in Citrus Heights, CA, and provide massage therapy to our clients to improve their recovery process. The position can be part-time or full-time. We listen to your voice and work together as a family/team.

Position Type:

Part Time:

start from 2 days per week now, but possibly to full time if you are a good fit.

Minimum requirement:

2 days per week

Responsibility:

Conduct initial client intake assessments and re-evaluations Provide appropriate therapeutic massage based on the client's needs Complete accurate, and timely charting/documentation ( typing required ) Maintain and update detailed client records Schedule and manage patient appointments directly to ensure efficient workflow Coordinate scheduling to optimize therapist availability and patient care Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all patients Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs

Qualifications:

Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) Minimum 3 years of experience preferred (or strong equivalent skills if less) Strong computer skills, including fast and accurate typing for charting and scheduling Ability to independently manage patient scheduling and documentation Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule & Treatment Details:

40 minute sessions per patient for hands-on massage Focus on medical/therapeutic massage for recovery

Compensation:

First 3 months (training period): $40 per patient + tips as an independent contractor After training: W2 + Tips $35 per patient for 40 minute hands on massage $40 per patient for 50 minute hands on massage (Increase is based on demonstrated proficiency in charting, documentation, and independent patient scheduling) Maximum 7-8 clients per day.

Available Shift:

Flexible days to choose from.

Part-Time Position License requirement:

CMT certification required.
