We are looking for a skilled and dependable Certified Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, improve mobility, and maintain their overall wellness. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide customized massage services based on each client's individual needs and preferences. You'll be expected to deliver excellent technique, professional communication, and an outstanding client experience that encourages repeat visits and long-term client relationships. Compensation During the probationary period , compensation includes: $18.00 per hour base pay 10% commission while providing services to clients 25% commission on eligible add-on services 100% of applicable client tips With commissions, add-ons, and tips, therapists have the potential to earn up to approximately $54 per hour when working with clients , depending on services performed, add-ons, and gratuities. Responsibilities Provide professional, customized massage therapy services Discuss client goals, areas of concern, and pressure preferences before each session Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication Recommend appropriate services and add-ons when beneficial to the client Maintain accurate client notes and follow established business procedures Help create an experience that encourages repeat bookings and long-term client relationships We are looking for Certified therapists who are professional, reliable, motivated, and committed to providing high-quality therapeutic massage.
