Located in Laguna Beach, The Pearl Laguna is an iconic wellness retreat with more than 20 years of history , offering an intimate, high-end wellness experience centered around movement, bodywork, mindfulness, nutrition, nature, and restorative practices. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the art of massage and bodywork — not simply someone looking to fill available hours. The right person takes pride in their craft, continues to develop professionally, understands the body, and knows how to adapt each session to the individual needs of the guest. What We're Looking For Current California massage certification (CAMTC) and all credentials required to practice legally in California Based in Orange County or within a reasonable commuting distance of Laguna Beach Strong hands-on experience and excellent understanding of anatomy and the body Proficiency in multiple massage/bodywork techniques Ability to customize treatments based on each guest's needs, preferences, and physical condition Genuine passion for massage, wellness, and helping people feel their best Professional, polished, clean, and highly attentive to personal hygiene Warm, friendly, respectful, and comfortable interacting with guests Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean, peaceful, professional treatment environment Comfortable working independently while also being part of a close-knit wellness team Hospitality, luxury spa, resort, wellness retreat, or similar guest-service experience is highly preferred Interested in building a long-term relationship with The Pearl , rather than occasional temporary work About the Position This is a part-time position with variable hours based on retreat occupancy and guest schedules . We are looking for a therapist who can become a trusted and consistent member of our team as The Pearl continues to grow.
