KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT CARE & TREATMENT

Provide high-quality orthopedic massage therapy Assess client needs and customize treatment protocols Focus on musculoskeletal dysfunction, pain relief, and rehabilitation Use clinical assessment skills to identify issues and progress Maintain professional and ethical standards Document sessions and client progress Achieve measurable client outcomes Recommend integrated protocols (massage + modalities) for enhanced results Explain synergistic benefits of combined therapies Help clients book sauna, cold plunge, or red light sessions Track client progress with integrated system Communicate results and outcomes to clients

CLIENT ACQUISITION & RETENTION

Build and maintain your own client base Bring existing clients to Light Wave (or build new base) Focus on client satisfaction and retention Encourage repeat bookings and long-term relationships Utilize Light Wave's marketing support Develop reputation as orthopedic specialist Contribute to integrated treatment planning Support Light Wave's mission and culture ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current California Massage Therapy License (LMT/CMT) Minimum 3+ years

ORTHOPEDIC

massage therapy experience Knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and dysfunction Clinical assessment and treatment skills Professional conduct and ethical standards Strong communication skills (clinical and client-facing)

STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Existing client base or ability to build quickly Experience with sports massage or rehabilitation Certification in advanced techniques (Graston, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, ART, etc.) Understanding of recovery and rehabilitation protocols Experience with high-level athletes or orthopedic clients Familiarity with infrared sauna, cold plunge, or red light therapy Business/entrepreneurial mindset Established reputation in Livermore or East Bay area Has existing client base ready to bring to Light Wave (or can build one) Understands how integrated modalities enhance massage outcomes Wants flexibility and independence without overhead costs Focused on client results and satisfaction Professional, reliable, and ethical Entrepreneurial (building their practice) Team player who supports Light Wave's mission ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE COMMISSION RATE

40% of massage services provided (

Example:

$125 massage session = $50 to you+tip)

HOW IT WORKS

You provide orthopedic massage service

• Client pays Light Wave for your session
• You receive 40% of that payment
• Light Wave handles scheduling, billing, facility costs
• No overhead costs to you (facility, equipment, liability insurance through Light Wave)

ADDITIONAL COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES

Referral bonus for clients booking sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy (discuss details)

• Potential additional compensation for hybrid service packages you develop
