In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel revitalized and confident, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, sports, and trigger point therapy to meet individual client needs. Manage client consultations to assess their goals, explain treatment options, and ensure informed consent. Maintain thorough sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure client safety during all procedures. Utilize spa software for appointment rescheduling, client records management, and accepting client payments. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist and professional liability insurance. Proven experience working in the wellness industry with a strong understanding of Massage Therapist practices within a spa or therapeutic setting. Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
