Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical terminology or health information. Stay current with the latest massage therapy practices and ensure all procedures adhere to licensing standards and safety protocols including CPR certification. Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management or injury recovery. Uphold the highest standards of customer service by creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust and relaxation. Qualifications Valid license as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations. Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health modalities. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Certification in CPR and first aid is required to ensure client safety at all times. Previous experience in pain management or injury rehabilitation is highly desirable.
