We are seeking a passionate and experienced Holistic Massage Therapist with expertise in crystal healing and Reiki, who is also fluent in Spanish, to join our wellness center/spa. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in massage therapy, a deep understanding of holistic healing modalities, and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with personalized care and support in their wellness journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality holistic massage therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients, incorporating a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology. 2. Utilize crystal healing techniques to enhance the therapeutic effects of massage sessions, selecting appropriate crystals and gemstones based on client consultation and energy assessment. 3. Administer Reiki energy healing treatments to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall energy balance, while fostering a sense of harmony and well-being in clients. 4. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their physical, emotional, and energetic needs, and develop customized treatment plans to address specific concerns and goals. 5. Educate clients about the benefits of holistic therapies, crystal healing, and Reiki, empowering them to take an active role in their own healing journey and holistic wellness practices. 6. Maintain a clean and inviting treatment room environment, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and amenities are readily available and in good working condition. 7. Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, progress reports, and any relevant health information, in compliance with confidentiality and privacy policies. 8. Stay informed about current trends and advancements in holistic health and wellness, attending workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 9. Collaborate effectively with other wellness professionals, including massage therapists, estheticians, and holistic practitioners, to provide integrated and comprehensive care for clients. 10. Uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect for clients at all times.

Nice to have:

1. Certification or licensure as a massage therapist from an accredited institution. 2. Additional certifications in crystal healing and Reiki energy healing required. 3. Proven experience working as a holistic massage therapist with expertise in crystal healing and Reiki.

Must have:

4. Fluent in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5.
