Business is growing, and we're looking for someone to take primary responsibility for our front desk while also stepping in as a massage therapist when customer demand is high. This position is ideal for a massage therapist who enjoys the profession but would like more variety in the workday instead of performing massage all day. Most of your time will be spent helping customers and managing the front desk, with opportunities to provide massage services during busy periods. What You'll Do Front Desk / Administrative Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience Answer incoming phone calls and appointment inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Coordinate customer flow and therapist availability Handle basic front-desk and administrative tasks Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Allow our therapists to stay focused on treatments instead of managing phones and the lobby

• Massage Therapy Provide massage services when customer demand exceeds available therapist coverage Work with both new clients and our established base of repeat customers Provide professional, attentive massage therapy based on each client's needs Earn additional compensation and tips for massage services performed What We're Looking For Licensed massage therapist Strong spoken English communication skills Chinese language skills are not required, but patience and resourcefulness are essential when communicating with team members who may have limited English Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable and organized; comfortable handling appointments and multiple tasks Front desk, receptionist, customer service, or spa experience preferred Why This Position Is Different If you enjoy massage therapy but don't want to spend an entire shift doing back-to-back massages, this role provides a good balance. About Sunrise Massage Sunrise Massage is a small, family-run business rather than a large chain. We have a growing base of repeat customers, a newer facility, and a relaxed working environment. We handle the marketing and booking and also receive customers through ClassPass and other booking channels.
