Our locally owned Hand & Stone is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who delivers thoughtful, personalized care and wants to build lasting client relationships. With an established membership base, front desk support, and a leadership team focused on therapist development, you'll have support as you grow your practice. What you'll do Provide massage services tailored to each client's needs, preferences, and health history. Conduct consultations, explain your approach, and maintain appropriate treatment notes. Recommend enhancements when they support the client's goals. Encourage consistent care and rebooking to help clients maintain their progress. Maintain professional boundaries, sanitation standards, and a clean, prepared treatment room. Communicate with the front desk and leadership team to keep appointments running smoothly. Participate in training and coaching to strengthen your skills and client experience. What we're looking for An active massage therapy license Connecticut. Strong hands-on skills and a commitment to safe, ethical care. Someone who listens, communicates clearly, and makes clients feel comfortable. Reliability, punctuality, and respect for your teammates. A willingness to receive feedback and continue learning. Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
