•LifeMart program available in spas that partner with ADP. Role & Responsibilities Maintain an active Connecticut Massage Therapist License. Carry or obtain massage therapy liability insurance. Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs and wellness goals. Deliver exceptional therapeutic experiences that encourage repeat visits and long-term client relationships. Educate clients on recommended services, enhancements, and wellness plans. Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and organization in treatment rooms and common areas. Work collaboratively with team members to create an outstanding spa experience for every guest.
