$54.00/hour hands-on base ($27 / 25-min session) + 100% Tips | In-House Doctor Referrals and Potential Private Sessions (Private Practice Privileges) | Step Into Immediate Clinical Patient Flow Without Marketing Overhead Mindful Wellness Clermont is seeking up to four (4) professional Licensed Massage Therapists to join our multidisciplinary integrative center. You will step directly into an established, pre-screened patient stream generated by our two on-site Acupuncture Physicians and active Cosmetology & Head-Spa division . Zero cold calling, zero advertising expenses, and zero unpaid front-desk hours.

Fresh linens, professional on-site laundry service, tables, and centralized online scheduling are provided for all clinical referral appointments.

Availability & Shifts Needed:

We are filling schedules across three recurring half-day clinical anchor blocks:

Monday Mornings:

8:30 AM

•12:30

PM Wednesday Afternoons:

1:30 PM

•5:30

PM Friday Mornings:

8:30 AM

•12:30 PM Candidates must commit to anchoring at least 1 to 2 half-day shifts per week. Outside of clinical shift hours, suites are open for your independent client bookings. Private Sessions by

In-House Doctor Referrals:

Continue to serve your existing clientele at this facility (details upon request) Receive regular in-house referrals by staff Acupuncture Physicians and cosmetologists

Primary Clinical Modalities Needed:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): Skilled in gentle, rhythmic lymphatic drainage protocols for systemic inflammation, detox, and post-procedure recovery. Clinical Trigger Point & Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT): Ability to execute focused, high-impact relief in 25-minute targeted blocks (cervical spasm, piriformis/sciatica, rotator cuff).

Myofascial Release & Deep Tissue:

Confident assessing postural restrictions and releasing fascial adhesions without causing excessive tissue trauma. Familiarity or interest in integrating cupping, gua sha, or clinical reflexology protocols is a strong plus.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT). Professional Liability Insurance ($1M/$3M limits). Punctuality, professional clinical demeanor, and adherence to strict room sanitation standards.
